India took the first Test against Australia by storm in the second day of play, dominating a very impressive bowling display. Having been bowled over for 244 in their first innings, India actually dominated Australia with Jasprit Bumrah being one of the major performers by taking five wickets. And while debutant Harshit Rana complemented him with a fiery spell and dismantled Australia’s batting lineup.

- Australia folded for a mere 104 and really gifted India a massive lead.
In the second innings, Indian openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul went on from where they started after lunch, setting up the team for a dominating second innings.
Now, India is in a commanding lead; Day 3 will only promise to be more exciting as they look to press their advantage further.
